Before I discovered breathwork, I was an emotional wreck. I was binge eating every night, overexercising, purging, drinking to numb, and doing everything within my power to escape my emotional pain. 

This behavior was tearing me apart and causing massive conflicts within me. After desperately praying for a way out, I stumbled upon breathwork at a festival. 

I was amazed at how 𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 and 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒗𝒆 I felt after each session, but I struggled to carry that feeling throughout the weeks and months in between sessions. Once I committed to developing a consistent practice - that’s when my healing journey catapulted. 

As breathwork made its way into my monthly, weekly, and eventually daily routine, 𝐈 𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈’𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞.

I stopped binge eating and stuffing down my emotions. 

I quit using alcohol to numb my anxiety. 

Relationships and activities that weren’t serving me dropped away.

Since this revolutionary experience of healing, I've committed my life to helping women discover the power in their emotions through breathwork & embodiment.

I integrate many modalities into my teachings, including somatic movement, plameditation, Yoga Nidra, & hot/cold therapy.  In combination with
